    Description

    My client in the agricultural industry is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO.

    If you have 5 years of experience, please apply directly or send your CV to for immediate consideration for this role.

    KEY TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Provide the full range of secretarial services primarily to the CEO, as well as some support to the senior management team as required.

    · Ensure the efficient administration of the CEO's office on a day- to-day basis, including answering calls, dealing with email queries, correspondence, calendar and diary management, travel arrangements, expense submission etc.

    · Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising catering and logistics when necessary, meeting and greeting of visitors.

    · Production of correspondence, reports, presentations etc. as required.

    · Organise or assist in the organisation of company events such as staff events, conferences, awards etc.

    · Provide cover / support to the Executive Assistant to the Editor and/or with other administrative tasks within the business as required.

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATON REQUIREMENTS:

    · 5 years+ experience of working in a similar role supporting CEO and/or senior management.

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    · Strong interpersonal skills · Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and be flexible.

    · Proven secretarial and administrative skills

    · Meticulous attention to detail

    · Experience in composing letters, compiling reports and other correspondence including presentation materials.

    · Excellent digital skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

    · Experience in organising and managing events and travel arrangements.

    · Ability to work independently, take initiative and problem-solve in a tactful manner.

    · High level of integrity and awareness of importance of confidentiality.

    · Knowledge of the publishing industry is desirable.

    · Agricultural background desirable · Secretarial / administrative or other relevant qualification.

    · Full clean driver's license
