    Overview

    As the Legal Executive you will be part of the Legal team at our European headquarters in Dublin. You'll have the chance to work independently and collaborate with different teams on various projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing and maintaining accurate corporate records
    • Assisting with organizing the legal function
    • Scheduling and preparing materials for meetings
    • Drafting corporate documents
    • Liaising with the Company Secretary for filings
    • Maintaining contract and policy databases
    • Reviewing contracts and conducting legal research
    • Managing legal billing
    • Assisting with ad-hoc legal projects

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of four years of paralegal/legal executive experience
    • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
