Trives du i en hverdag med mangeartede opgaver, flere forskellige stakeholders og med et stort ansvar for selv at drive dine projekter og opgaver i mål – så er du måske vores nye Legal Counsel til vores lille og stærke HR-team i Middelfart.
Vi søger en dygtig Legal Counsel som først og fremmest vil blive ansvarlig for at sikre Bunker Holding's overholdelse af GDPR indenfor HR-området og som formår at samarbejde omkring juridiske løsninger med vores mange forskellige stakeholders i koncernen, herunder også juridiske sparringspartnere fra andre funktionsområder. Som Legal Counsel vil du opleve en projektorienteret hverdag, kombineret med juridiske ad-hoc opgaver for Bunker Holding på tværs af flere lande og forskellige juridiske jurisdiktioner.
Bliv en del af et ambitiøst HR -team
Du vil blive et centralt medlem af et HR-team, der arbejder tæt sammen med en bred vifte af interessenter i koncernen. Du vil skulle arbejde ud fra Bunker Holdings ́ hovedkontor, som er beliggende i Middelfart, og dermed være centralt forankret i hovedpulsåren af koncernen. Som Legal Counsel hjælper du med at levere rettidig og relevant rådgivning samt løsninger, primært indenfor GDPR-området for så vidt angår HR relaterede aspekter, men også indenfor de nedenfor nævnte områder.
Vi søger derfor en kollega med nogle års relevant erhvervserfaring, som evner at kommunikere og interagere med medarbejdere og ledere på tværs af alle niveauer, kulturer og organisatoriske enheder. Du er opsøgende af natur, tålmodig og struktureret i dit samarbejde med vores forretningsenheder og øvrige samarbejdspartnere, ligesom du kan guide vejen og er tålmodig i forhold til implementering af nye processer. Du er resultatorienteret og kan drive dine opgaver i mål med stor grad af selvstændighed i kraft af din erfaring.
