    What you need to know

    Would you be interested in working only 4 days per week and getting paid for 5 days?

    If so, my client, a well-established Legal Firm in Athlone, Co. Westmeath is looking to recruit an experienced Plaintiff/Defence Litigation Legal Executive.

    This is a permanent job with a competitive salary.

    Your new job

    Key duties & responsibilities:

    • Transcribe and proofread legal documents
    • Dictaphone typing of legal/confidential documents/correspondence
    • Client correspondence follow up's i.e. phone, email etc.
    • General admin/secretarial duties as requested by management.

    What are we looking for?

    • Min of 5 years experience Plaintiff/Defence Litigation experience – essential.
    • Dictaphone typing experience essential
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
    • Ability to work on own initiative.
