    Pre-Trainee Legal Intern/Legal Executive Gordon Judge LLP Dublin 2 City Centre based; Permanent full-time position; Salary will be negotiable based upon experience;

    Job Description:
    We have an immediate vacancy for a Pre-Trainee Legal Intern or Legal Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work within a growing Commercial Law Firm.

    You will gain excellent experience and develop key skills required in Banking Finance, Real Estate and Company Law while contributing to the growth of the Firm.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Supporting fee earners in all aspects of banking finance and real estate transactions; 2. Preparation of loan, security and other transaction documents; 3. Dealing with post-completion matters including registrations and filings; 4. Engagement with clients and colleagues; 5. Other transaction / file administration tasks; 6. Legal research


    Experience:

    The role could also suit recent graduates with a legal background currently studying for, or due to sit, the FE-1 examinations.

    Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Excellent attention to detail A proactive and professional attitude with strong communications skills is essential Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

    Strong IT and system skills. Keyhouse experience or similar document management/case management experience would be an advantage.


    Ideal Candidate:

    Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Outlook; Excellent written and interpersonal skills; Organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and turnaround documentation in a short timeframe; Strong attention to detail; Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a professional team; and Willingness to learn new skills.

    Reference will be required before appointment.
