    Description
    A leading, international law firm are seeking aLegal Secretaryto join their team. This is the ideal role for someone who has spent 12 months in a small or mid-size firm. If you feel ready for a step up and more of a challenge this would be perfect.

    This is the role that will offer you big-firm training and the chance to make the move into the major commercial firms.

    This growing team advise large public sector bodies and organisations across areas including health, charities, finance and education. You will support Partners, Solicitors and Associates at all levels and get to do challenging and interesting work.


    Duties will include:
    Document preparation - dictation, formatting briefs, drafting correspondence and preparing of legal documents. Researching and summarising legal information. Diary management, expenses and travel booking. Updating the database and other general administrative work. Invoicing. Some reception cover when required.


    The ideal candidate for this role will have: 12 monthsexperience working as a Legal Secretary Excellent MS Office skills and experience using digital dictation technology.
