We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) to join a law firm in Dublin City Centre on a 3-month temporary contractRole:

€30-38K Contract: Temp (3-months minimum) What will I be doing? Diary management and coordinating meetings Answering and logging incoming calls, taking messages and sending follow up communications Digital dictation and producing documents Creating and maintaining reports and presentations Managing incoming receipts and payments General Administrative support ad hoc duties Handling confidential information and data What is required of me? Minimum 1 year experience providing secretarial support Previous experience with dictaphone typing (Minimum 60 wpm) Strong MS Office skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Proactive and confident decision maker with excellent communication skills Full working authorisation in Ireland Eager to learn and develop new skills Previous experience in conveyancing is a significant advantage Want to hear more about this great opportunity?
