    Description
    Litigation Legal Executive Dublin 1 General practice law firm based in Dublin 1 have a vacancy for a full time Senior Legal Executive, dealing predominantly in litigation, principally in personal injury


    Key responsibilities will include:
    Assisting fee earners with Injury Board Applications and client consultations. Assisting fee earners in progression of litigation proceedings in the District, Circuit and High Courts. Court attendances and attending counsel, in particular attending motions. Preparing court documents and dealing with all aspects of the litigation process. Liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals. Pretrial/settlement meeting preparations. General administration support and other ad hoc activities as required.


    The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: 4+ years' work experience in a litigation environment is essential.

    Ability to work independently on their own files. Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines. Experience with case management systems is an essential.
