- Assist with scheduling and organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings as required.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials as needed.
- Organisation of virtual and in-person regional team events
- Organisation and maintenance of inputs for travel and hardware budgeting requests each quarter.
- Co-ordination and drafting of regular regional team communication and updates including quarterly newsletter.
- Co-ordination and booking of travel arrangements for team members and assisting with organisation of on-site visits abroad.
- Manage the purchase and expense tracking of adhoc team rewards and items of recognition, and other expense tracking as needed.
- Ensure shared documentation is accurately maintained and organised in Sharepoint.
- Development of a standardised frameworks for program/projects within the region.
- Assist teams in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects add value to the organisation.
- Experience in a similar position, supporting Csuite executives
- Working knowledge of Share point and extensive travel management
- Keen sense of self motivation and eager to further develop own role
- Must be highly personable and organised
