    Description

    My client is a leading Irish law firm based inDublin 4who are seeking to hirea dynamic Marketing and Business Development Executive to collaborate closely with the firm and support the Head of Business Development.

    This role is pivotal in driving and supporting the growth and development of our firm and individual partners. Candidates at an executive level looking to step up to a manager level can also be considered.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:
    Support internal professional teams with implementing business plans and strategies. Gather information and conduct industry research. Implement marketing and business development initiatives for specific sector groups. Maintain the firms CRM software. Implement international strategy. Work on other adhoc business development projects.


    Marketing:
    Maintain messaging and brand consistency. Implement activities related to sponsorship and advertising. Manage events, including webinars, client care, and networking events. Oversee online presence, including social media and website. Develop marketing collateral using InDesign and other tools. Foster internal marketing and idea generation. Work on other adhoc marketing projects.


    Requirements:

    Experience working in a professional services firm withing a Marketing or Business Development team Proficient in design tools such as InDesign, Canva, and others.

    Familiarity with CRM/database and list management. Demonstrated event management experience. Previous team management experience. Ability to engage credibly with senior partners and deliver impactful campaigns and events. Excellent time management skills.
