    Job Title: People Business Partner

    Job location:Home Based with National Travel

    Bluebird Care Ireland opened in 2007 and today we are proud to be one of the largest providers of Homecare services across the country. We provide direct care to customers on behalf of the HSE and other agencies in addition to providing services to customers in a private capacity.

    Building on our extensive experience within the caring professions Bluebird Care has revolutionised the way care is delivered in Ireland by concentrating on high quality customer service, whilst at the same time upholding the very best in nurse led care.

    We are now recruiting for a People Business Partner who will be our HR, Retention and Recruitment Subject Matter Expert, leveraging best practice around people policy, workforce planning, retention and advise on engagement, training and development.

    Responsibilities

    · Develop the People agenda in line with the priorities of our Franchise network and the National Support Team strategy

    · Lead effective change in line with organisational priorities to deliver positive, tangible HR and Recruitment outcomes for the network

    · Cultivate a strong and localized recruiting brand that aligns with Bluebird Care's branding and EVP strategy

    · Advise and support delivery of safe, compliant EEA and Non EEA recruitment

    · Conduct external benchmarking to understand the competitive recruitment landscape, supporting and influencing best practice across the franchise network

    · To establish and develop positive relationships and work in partnership with external providers and stakeholders to maximise value in line with safe and effective delivery

    · Ensure the continued development of effective HR systems, policies procedures and documentation to meet the future needs of the network

    · Partner and advise the network to ensure full compliance with relevant, up to date employment law and HR legislation

    · Partner with the Franchise network to create induction, training and ongoing development programmes

    · To develop and support the delivery of colleague and team programmes fostering positive engagement across the network

    · Develop effective recruitment, onboarding, retention and succession planning processes to support capacity requirements and growth across the network

    · Design and deliver meaningful and robust reporting in line with National and local strategies

    · To support with the development and implementation of future technologies eg AI assisted recruitment

    · Set and develop pay benchmarks and structures, assisting with salary negotiation where appropriate

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills

    · Relevant third level qualification in Human Resources

    · Minimum 5 years recent experience in HR, Recruitment and Workforce Planning

    · Experience within the Healthcare is essential (Home Care preferable)

    · A thorough knowledge of current Irish and EU legislation relating to Employment Law

    · Multi-site experience – Franchise model desirable, but not essential

    · Management of internal and external stakeholders and the ability to influence

    · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to senior level

    · Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

    · Results driven and enthusiastic

    · Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

    · Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
