Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

Vollumfängliche Betreuung von ca. 450 Mitarbeitenden entlang des kompletten HR Life-Cycles
Funktion als Sparringpartner für alle Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von arbeitsrechtlichen Maßnahmen
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs aller operativen Personalprozesse
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
Initiation und aktive Mitgestaltung von HR-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Strategien
Förderung der Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz und Umsetzung des Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements

Das bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einer Zusatzqualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und in der Implementierung von HR-Initiativen
