    Our client is a leading fund services provider with a growing presence in Ireland. They specialise in delivering comprehensive solutions to investment funds, asset managers, and financial institutions. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are expanding their offering in Ireland and seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as Head of Compliance.

    About the Role:
    As the Head of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the firm's adherence to regulatory standards and best practices within the fund services industry. You will oversee all compliance functions, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring regulatory changes. Additionally, you will liaise with regulatory authorities and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Your Background:
    • Extensive experience in compliance within the fund services or fund administration sector.
    • Proven track record of successfully navigating the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) licensing process.
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD, UCITS, and MiFID II.
    • Strong understanding of fund structures and operations, including NAV calculations, fund accounting, and transfer agency services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and regulators.
    • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks effectively.
