Head of Compliance Part Time - Dublin, Ireland - Robert Walters

Description

We are partnering exclusively with an AIFM firm who are hiring a head of compliance for their Dublin office. This is a part time role of a 20 hour working week. You will report directly to the COO and also have a reporting line directly into the board. You will hold the PCF12, PCF52 and PCF39F.

Main responsibilities of the part time head of compliance:

• Maintain and update policies and procedures
• Advise the business of any regulatory updates
• Carry out testing as required
• Deliver the annual compliance plan
• Report to both senior management and the board
• Deliver compliance training
• Maintain the compliance framework
• Act as compliance and AML point of contact for the business

As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience holding compliance PCF roles within financial services. You will be comfortable working in a stand alone role, reporting to senior management and a board. Knowledge of AIFMD is beneficial but not essential. A broad knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML and GDPR will be required.
