Site Administrator
Our client, who is a well-established civil engineering company is looking to hire a site administrator for there office based in Galway. This is a full time, permanent contract that would suit an individual who is confident and able to work on their own initiative.
The role would suit a person with previous office experience / management with excellent attention to detail.
• Enter delivery dockets
• Review and verify invoices
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Liase with head office & suppliers to resolve issues
• Project monitoring and participation in Financial Reporting
• Other ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as needed or directed
• Performing regular reconciliations, analysis and reporting
• Ensuring appropriate controls and compliance requirements are followed
• Ensuring that all costs are recognised in an accurate, timely and transparent way
• Supports commercial team and on-site management
• Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
• Provide ad hoc support to Site Management Team
Requirements:
· Construction background is desirable.
·2-4 years' experience in an administrative role.
· Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook).
