    Description

    One of Irelands largest and most respected, independently owned safety training and consultancies are looking for you as their new Sales Specialist.

    The right perfect candidate is a self-driven, high-motivated hunter with experience in business development.

    About Your New Job

    • Daily business development activity targeting new and existing client accounts.
    • Continuously looking for new ways to improve the level of services to clients.
    • Identify opportunities, research their requirements, and reach out to clients, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
    • Updating and maintaining a database of Clients and Candidates
    • Complete monthly reports for Management.
    • Working as part of a team in a very busy environment.

    What Skills You Need

    • 1-2 years' experience in Business Development / Sales.
    • 3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.
    • Strong people and communication skills.
    • Highly motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.
    • Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.
    • Strong team player with high level of flexibility.
    • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
