    Description

    You will identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the sales revenue in HVAC Rentals by specifying, quoting, and hiring of temperature control rental solutions. Equipment solutions consist of Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, DX Split Systems, and more.

    Your goal will be working in conjunction with the current regional sales team to increase our market share and presence in the region.

    As a Regional Sales Manager you'll be responsible for:

    • Targeting and identifying new/potential regional customers
    • Achieving sales targets and developing new direct business
    • Offering guidance and solutions to our customers for our full product range and application of our products
    • Obtaining/developing industry knowledge for the market sector, to maximize opportunities
    • Promoting all Carrier Rental Systems USP's Prepare a weekly/monthly update report charting customer progress and highlight new business to your line manager
    • Ensuring regular customer contact
    • Securing specification, secure orders and develop enquiries
    • Accurate and up-to-date Reporting (CRM Package) and administration
    • Satisfying customer requirements
    • Collecting and reporting industry knowledge and competitor analysis

    Requirements

    We are looking for people who have technical knowledge of Air Conditioning and heating systems and want to develop their careers in sales.

    As a minimum you must have/be:

    • Technical knowledge of Air Conditioning and Heating Systems – primary kit Chillers, Boilers
    • Knowledge of AHU's – Generator / Power Distribution desirable
    • Knowledge / Background in HVACR industry
    • Driving licence
    • IT Literate with MS Office skills
    • Good Communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
    • Target & objective focused
    • Time management and organisational skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability
