    Description

    Unser Kunde mit Hauptsitz in Nordwestdeutschland, entwickelt und produziert Verbrauchsgüter aus Kunststoff- und Membrankomponenten. Im Produktsegment Industrial ist das Unternehmen auf Wachstumskurs und möchte insbesondere mit technischen / elektronischen Bauteilen bestehende Märkte entwickeln und international expandieren. Zur Verstärkung des Geschäftsbereiches Industrial, suchen wir ab sofort einen qualifizierten und international tätigen Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d) – mit der Option vom Homeoffice aus zu agieren.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Akquise von internationalen Neukunden als auch Identifizierung von neuen Geschäftsfeldern
    • Betreuung von Key Accounts und Ausbau von Bestandkunden
    • Business Development und Marktbearbeitung im internationalen Umfeld
    • Bestimmung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
    • Aufbau von Forecasts, Maßnahmenplänen sowie Business Cases
    • Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Analysen
    • Optimierung und Erweiterung des Produktportfolios
    • Bedarfsfeststellung, Initiierung und Begleitung von Produktneuentwicklungen
    • Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen sowie Präsenz des Unternehmens auf Messen
    • Gewinnung, Realisierung und Koordination von Vertriebsprojekten
    • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie und Ergebnisverantwortung
    • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische / technische Ausbildung oder Studium
    • Verkäuferpersönlichkeit, die Freude an der Arbeit im Vertriebsaußendienst und internationaler Kundengewinnung hat
    • Intrinsisch motivierte und erfolgsorientierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter
    • Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsstärke bei internationalen Kunden
    • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im Vertrieb eines Industrieunternehmens
    • Verständnis für technische Bauteile sowie Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Kunststoffspritzguss oder Membrantechnologie von Vorteil
    • Analytische Denkweise, Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
    • Selbstorganisation, selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Homeoffice sowie proaktive Denk- und Handlungsweisen
    • Souveränität, Beharrlichkeit, Zielorientierung, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
    • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
    • Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%)
