    Description

    Unser Kunde mit Hauptsitz in Nordwestdeutschland, entwickelt und produziert Verbrauchsgüter aus Kunststoff- und Membrankomponenten. Mit einer eigenen Packaging-Produktlinie ist das Unternehmen kontinuierlich gewachsen und möchte deshalb mit dem erweiterten Produktportfolio bestehende Märkte entwickeln und international expandieren. Zur Verstärkung des Geschäftsbereiches Packaging, suchen wir ab sofort einen qualifizierten und international tätigen Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d) – mit der Option vom Homeoffice aus zu agieren.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Akquise von internationalen Neukunden als auch Betreuung von Key Accounts und Ausbau von Bestandskunden im Packaging Umfeld
    • Implementierung eines internationalen Handelsnetzwerks und Verkaufsstrukturen anhand eigener Kontakte
    • Business Development und Marktbearbeitung im internationalen Umfeld
    • Bestimmung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
    • Aufbau von Forecasts, Maßnahmenplänen sowie Business Cases
    • Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Analysen
    • Optimierung und Erweiterung des Produktportfolios
    • Bedarfsfeststellung, Initiierung und Begleitung von Produktneuentwicklungen
    • Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen sowie Präsenz des Unternehmens auf Messen
    • Gewinnung, Realisierung und Koordination von Vertriebsprojekten
    • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie und Ergebnisverantwortung
    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung wie z. B. Verpackungstechnik oder Studium
    • Verkäuferpersönlichkeit mit Packaging Netzwerk, die Freude an der Arbeit im Vertriebsaußendienst und internationaler Kundengewinnung hat
    • Intrinsisch motivierte und erfolgsorientierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter
    • Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsstärke bei internationalen Kunden
    • Erfahrung im Verpackungsmarkt sowie Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Kunststoffspritzguss/-Blasformen / Membranen von Vorteil
    • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im Vertrieb eines Industrieunternehmens
    • Verständnis für technische Bauteile sowie Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Kunststoffspritzguss oder Membrantechnologie von Vorteil
    • Analytische Denkweise, Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
    • Selbstorganisation, selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Homeoffice sowie proaktive Denk- und Handlungsweisen
    • Souveränität, Beharrlichkeit, Zielorientierung, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
    • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
    • Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%)
