    As the Product Compliance Specialist, you'll embark on an exciting journey, collaborating with top-tier customers from around the globe. About the role:
    Our client, a BRC double A certified company dedicated to providing first-class services and technical solutions to their customers in the food industry on a global scale, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Compliance Specialist to join their team in North Co. Dublin. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate product specifications, and supporting the product development process. Collaboration with various departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production will be essential to your success. Location: North Co. Dublin
    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Salary, Benefits, and Opportunities:

    As the Product Compliance Specialist, you'll embark on an exciting journey, collaborating with top-tier customers from around the globe. About the role:
    Our client, a BRC double A certified company dedicated to providing first-class services and technical solutions to their customers in the food industry on a global scale, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Compliance Specialist to join their team in North Co.     Responsibilities:
    • Conducting quality control inspections and sensory evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Sampling and testing products to verify quality and consistency, maintaining meticulous documentation and record-keeping.
    • Monitoring compliance with internal and external requirements, collaborating with production teams to address any non-conformances.
    • Implementing HACCP principles and managing supplier quality to uphold our commitment to excellence.
    • Providing training and education to internal teams on regulatory standards and best practices.
    • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
    • Facilitating audits and inspections to demonstrate compliance with regulatory standards.
    Key Skills and Experience:
    • A relevant third-level qualification degree, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in the value-added Food/Meat Industry.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical skills, with a strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering results under pressure and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficiency in test planning and design, risk assessment, and problem-solving.
    • Technical competence and a deep understanding of food regulations, labelling requirements, and product specifications.
    • Familiarity with BRC standards and experience in implementing quality management systems.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
