Experience

● Work with all stakeholders and vendors for establishment of best practices for smoother program management. ● Review program reports related to metrics, milestones, scope, testing and sign off and ensure compliance with standards agreed. ● Ensure the documents to be referred for daily tasks and processes are reviewed and agreed by all stakeholders like Business, design, development, testing and operations. ● Work with business analysts and solution architects to explain the current business flows and understand the implementation of business flows in upgraded or new solution. ● Assist with the analysis, design and implementation of interfaces between applications for example clinical and non-clinical systems. ● Managing access and role controls on the applications to ensure compliance to security standards. ● Ensure the configuration management and implementation is done as per the defined processes. ● Ensure that the high- and low-level design documents and user guides are updated and shared as required and maintained in a common repository. ● Provide inputs for improvement of business flow design and solution module rationalization. ● Perform user acceptance testing ensure the functioning of the business flows is as expected. ● ● Provide inputs from a user perspective to enhance user experience. ● Ensure production defects are resolved in a timely manner. Ensure all the releases for the project are well-coordinated and the outages due to upgrades, new implementation etc are communicated to all the responsible stakeholders. ● ● Attend and coordinate application trainings recommended by the organization. Leading team huddles for managing daily tasks and effectively communicate the priority tasks to team to ensure on-time delivery of projects. ● ● Ensure that team is update with operational requirements. Managing and assigning escalations with operational managers and subject matter experts. ● ● Monitoring and reporting team members performance to higher management. ● Ensuring the best practices for processes are documented and followed. Ensure quality deliverables by following best practices and ensuring team is up to date with any quality training required. ● Ensure that archives and records are accurate, maintained confidentially and readily available to the appropriate authority. ● ● Action plans and processes to achieve expected KPI's. Develop a customer centric environment where all customers are dealt with dignity and respect. ● Mentor Team members to create a culture that enables high-quality calls and to empathise with and prioritise the needs and care of service-users. ● Ensure adherence to COVID-19 safety measures, including break-time and floorplan management. ● Work together with the Operations Manager(s) and others to inform Team of any changes to the CRM systems or operation of the function. ● Create and maintain a positive working environment among Team members, which contributes to maintaining and enhancing effective working relationships. ● Maintain own knowledge of relevant HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and practices to perform the role effectively and to ensure current work standards are met by own Team. ● ● Maintain own knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation like GDPR.

Analysing and assessing customers from a financial crime perspective. ● Ensure relevant regulation compliance. Risk assessment of customer information based on factors like behavioural activity to ensure that they are inline with risk appetite of the bank. ● ● Conducting customer due diligence on higher risk clients. ● Highlighting and Mitigating risks where possible. ● Making retain and exit recommendation.
