    Description
    A top tier law firm, with offices in Dublin 2, are seeking an experiencedFacilities Manageron a permanent basis.

    This person will have ownership of allHard Servicesaspects of the facilities function and report directly into the Head of Facilities.

    For consideration for this role, you will need to have a qualification in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.

    In this busy role you will focus on technical services for this organisation including but not limited to energy management, planned maintenance and vendor management.

    This is a hands on role which will require the right candidate to build excellent relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

    In order to be successful you will need the expertise and ability to solve problems with a can-do attitude in a corporate environment.


    Responsibilities will include:
    Managing a range of vendors including mechanical, electrical and plumbing, health and safety, lifts, generators and fire safety. Risk management including external risk assessments, method statements and health and safety compliance. Upkeep of building related documents, drawings and certifications. Act as technical risk management lead and provide input to future projects. Develop and manage SLAs and KPIs. Respond to out of hours calls for facilities related issues and manage helpdesk requests. Tendering for hard services.


    Requirements:
    A qualification in mechanical, electrical or engineering services. Experience in capital refurbishment projects of varying sizes. Strong background in vendor management with an ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships in a corporate environment. Excellent administration, reporting and computer skills.
