    Description

    Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of the leading manufacturing organisations operating across 28 locations in Ireland. Due to a period of consistent growth, this organisation is going through an exciting renovation of it's Head Office based in Meath and as a result is seeking a Talented HR Generalist to join it's established HR team consisting of a Group HR Manager, Head of Strategy, Recruitment Specialist and HR Administrator to provide HR Support it's 1000 employees across Ireland.

    What will do you as the HR Generalist?

    As the HR Generalist you will join a highly-experienced, collaborative and innovative HR team in which you will be responsible for completing the following tasks;

    • Act as an Advisor to site management in all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
    • Managing end-end 360 Recruitment Administration process- create job descriptions, post job adverts, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, accompanying management in interviews, providing feedback, issuing job offers and completing reference checks.
    • Assist in the implementation of a new HR System and utilising existing recruitment systems to input employee details.
    • Provide support to managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures
    • Manage the onboarding process of new candidates- issuing job contacts, new employee starter packs and assisting with induction.

    What will you require as a HR Generalist?

    • Minimum of two years experience as a HR Generalist
    • Essential to have a HR Degree of Equivalent HR Qualification
    • Preferable to have obtained CIPD Qualification
    • Experience in acting as an advisor in Employee Relations cases
    • Skilled in Recruitment Administration, HR Systems and On-boarding
    • Proficient in devising, scheduling and delivering training
