    Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies:

    • Home Oxygen
    • Nebulisers
    • Ventilations
    • Sleep

    We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.

    Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner is the first point of contact for all generalist activities in Ireland. It will coordinate and assist the completion of all ER topics in a timely manner. This will include supporting all levels of management in the country. You will also support managers and HRBP's in employee relations processes. This role will also work on the development of strategic workforce KPI's and accurate completion of monthly MI reports.

    • Support the organisation as a point of contact for local people related issues.
    • Manage employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy, absence management.
    • Update the monthly reports liaising with appropriate stakeholders in the generation of accurate workforce KPIs. Analysis and interpretation of data to transfer into commercial solutions.
    • Supporting the UK HR Business Partners in the delivery of people related projects
    • Collaborate closely with the Talent team to facilitate the development of employees and management, ensuring that appropriate learning and development initiatives are properly implemented, as well as to attract and select future talents.
    • Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members contributing to the delivery of the resourcing plan
    • Make sure all legal requirements regarding personal data are fulfilled.
    • Support payroll activities delivered through our centralised payroll team in Portugal.
    • Work towards the implementation of the business HR strategy.
    • Support the delivery of the full employee life cycle process which will include; inductions, probation sign off and exit interviews. You will also work closely with the UK HR Business Partner on all people cycle processes:

    Are you a MATCH?

    • Willingness to work in a stand alone country role working alongside colleagues in the UK
    • Experience of Workday is desirable but not essential
    • HR related qualification or working towards
    • Ability to use Microsoft &/or Google office packages
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Well organised and strong time management skills
    • Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
    • Enjoys working as part of a team and collaboration, but can also work with a degree of autonomy.
    • Understanding of payroll administration preferrable
