- Support site recruitment and selection processes from assisting managers with job descriptions, writing adverts, posting on job boards, liaising with agencies and interviewing.
- Represent the Company at careers events and job fairs.
- Support with onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, participating in induction training, and follow up with employees.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities
- Provide advice, support and guidance on processes, policies and procedures as well as complex ER cases.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers in the areas of performance management, absence management, and with the investigation, discipline, grievance processes.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives including driving the employee forum.
- Assist in ensuring right to work compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, letters, and KPI reports.

- Minimum of 2-3 years HR Generalist experience
- 3rd level qualification in Human Resources/ Business related subject/CIPD qualified.
- Highly influential with ability to use initiative and innovate for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communicator and keen relationship builder with all types of stakeholders.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software
- Good grounding and experience of applying Irish employment law in the workplace.
- High standard of accuracy and close attention to detail.
