- Assist in general employee life cycle management
- HR administration and filing
- Manage absences, holidays and assist in benefits support
- Manage queries and support managers where necessary
- Support on employee relation cases such as grievances, disciplinary processes and performance management
- Manage a variety of HRIS and general company systems
- 3+ years in a similar role, within a hands on, fast paced environment
- Ability to travel when necessary - full drivers licence is necessary
- Keen understanding of ER, life cycle support, HRIS and HR project support
- Strong sense of self motivation and must be highly personable
