Role Requirements:
Oversee all aspects of
HRoperations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters. Lead and participate in the recruitment process. Develop and implement
HRpolicies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Conduct training sessions on
HRtopics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management. Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention. Stay updated on relevant
HRlaws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsible for company compliance Candidate Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of
HRprinciples, practices, and legal regulations. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and
HRadministration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address
HRchallenges. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once effectively.
