    Description
    Excel Healthcare is recruiting a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic Healthcare Team. This is a full time role in the office 5 days per week in Dublin City Centre. This is a dynamic role which involves administration, resourcing candidates, communication, reporting, compliance and consultant desk holiday cover.

    If you are a driven individual who is interested in a career within recruitment this is the ideal role for you.

    Experience within the recruitment sector, HR or in a similar role is an advantage. Excel Healthcare have 5 offices all over Ireland and over 120 recruitment consultants.

    Our Healthcare division hire healthcare staff on a temporary and permanent basis for hospitals, nursing homes and hospice's all over Ireland.


    Duties of this Junior Recruitment consultant role:

    • Communication with candidates
    • Administration
    • Reporting
    • Sourcing healthcare professionals vai jobs boards, applications, Linkedin etc.
    • Calling candidates , adding them to the database
    • Compliance checking and processing including Garda vetting
    • Communicating with staff, providing uniforms, interviewing candidates
    • Job specs and CV screening
    • Holiday cover and cover when needed within our temp recruitment division Full training provided. Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm, 9am-5pm on Fridays Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
