    The way that we do this is by providing industry renowned training to all new joiners designed for those with no recruitment experience to become an industry expert.

    This training program will incorporate developing sales skills, continued professional development, building relationships with clients and candidates and adopting new technologies.


    Experience required:
    At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced, people facing role Ambitious individuals that are independently motivated for success and career progression Those that can strive to achieve their goals and our company goals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with dealing with targets and KPIs Fluent English Salary and additional benefits: Year One OTE €43,000, Year Two OTE €72,000 21 days leave with the opportunity to accrue additional days Flexible benefits including pension, healthcare, gym membership, paid sabbatical Social team regular social events such as Summer BBQ, Bingo Loco, Friday drinks etc
