    Description
    Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to join their team based in Dublin. Responsibilities Identify and promote new acquisition, management, and development opportunities in line with the Association's strategy. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to expand the Association. Demonstrate commercial and financial insight in pursuing new ventures. Negotiate effectively with potential clients and consult with local stakeholders. Collaborate with the Head of New Business & Delivery to provide affordable housing. Manage the New Business team to ensure efficient project delivery and exceed set targets. Requirements Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline. At least 4 years experience in the property sector. Randstad encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
