About Isaac F. Rosati:
Ever since I entered the field of instructional design, I've tried to stay far away from information-dump eLearning which makes training boring and useless. Instead, I design story-driven, scenario-based experiences that draw people in and produce real results–both in people's lives and for the business. I am a proficient user of Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 for eLearning development.
I currently work for an eLearning company based in Italy, a leader in the development of training solutions mainly for work health and safety purposes. Since 2019, our company has provided training for about 150.000 workers from over 20.000 different companies.
I manage a team of other designers involved in the production of learning materials such as interactive slides, videos, animations, and job aids to be published on Kattedra, our cloud-based LMS platform. We provide our clients with engaging e-learning content to change employee behaviour, gain tracking data and assess performance levels.
Thanks to my past experiences in sales, graphic design and English teaching I have matured a range of essential skills for effective instructional design. In addition, I am a language geek who speaks fluent English (C2), Spanish (C1) and French (C1) as confirmed by my awards from the most recognised institutions for each of these languages.
Experience
I have been working in a consultative role on several short and long-term projects with some major clients. This has given me the opportunity to broaden my skills as an instructional designer and improve my ability to create new education programs and training materials. It also gave me the chance to work with learners from different backgrounds.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Restructuring of training processes to improve on-the-job performance.
• Design and delivery of scenario-based eLearning experiences.
• Development of gamification techniques and strategies on the LMS.
• Measuring of tracking data for performance levels and employee change.
• Recruitment and day-to-day management of a team of other designers.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Complete overhaul of training structure within the business, giving heightened internal visibility to the training and demonstrating the effectiveness of training based on a positive ROI.
