 Last 15 years, I have lived in Spain, and I speak advanced Spanish and Inglish.

I was a Yeld Hotel Manager, Account Hotel Manager and Contract Hotel  Manager in Hotelbeds B2B Market for Russian and Spanish markets, for 3 years.

Mane responsability was:

• Negotiate contracts and offers with Front Desk Managers, Marketing Managers and Hotel Managers.

• Full support in making the product connection (availability and offers) via XML channel, Channel Manager or Hotels Extranet (needs personal training) and further support if questions arise.

• Manages all communication between the Hotel and the different departments of HotelBeds, and resolves problems.

• To be a strategic partner for the Hotel in high season and equally in low season.

Last 5 years, I have worked as a Web Data analyst, one year in B2B Market, Bedonline, y 3 years in B2C Market AirEuropa (Aircompany)

Mane responsability was:

• Support the Sales and Marketing department with Data and Reports to make the right decision or detect new opportunities for the company.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to propose new approaches or the company's strategy and discover new market niches.

In these 5 years, I have acquired a high level of analytical thinking and can easily handle any analytical tool. I love them.

Last 4 months, I have worked Web Product Manager at B2C Logitravel (an online Travel agency ), and now I will move to Dublin. I have an apartment yet and am permitted to work in Dublin.

Hi, I'm Oxana.

 I'm an EU citizen from Spain. For the last five years, I have been working as Data Analyst, and it was a Hotel business (B2C and B2B) and an Air Company (B2C).

 I have experience as a Product and Project Manager because I went through these departments with the data projects. I have experience with these tools:

 Acoustic Tealeafit and GlassBox are similar to Looker and Adobe Analytics. I mainly used them to set up the events to measure, monitor the records and interpret the data for Marketing, Sales and UX departments. I have used other tools: Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Qlik Sense. I have used HTML for SEO and to set up events for Analytics tools. JavaScript is used primarily for advanced events in Tag Manager for Google Analytics. Support the Marketing and Sales Department as Data Analyst. With SQL I created custom reports for different departments and connected them to Power BI and Tableau. Or I would just extract the data that was needed on the fly. Power BI and Tableau create reports. 

All these years, my responsibilities were to: 

• Be responsible for developing, creating, and distributing health check scorecards which include recommendations for improvements. 

• Focus on continuous business improvement by identifying.

 • Follow up and report on all identified opportunities to grow a CR%. 

• Work closely with IT teams and project and product managers on multiple enhancements like a small project.

 • Overseeing and leading analysis phase on multiple projects. 

• Translate business requirements to the delivery Data team.

 • Collaboratively produce design UX specifications, work to ensure the solutions designed meet the business requirements.
