    Description

    Bracken Recruitment is collaborating with a client in Dublin 15 to hire a Customer Service Administrator for their team.

    • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Handle customer purchase orders and inquiries via phone and email.
    • Assist colleagues in providing high-quality customer service.
    • Inform customers about the technical advantages of products.
    • Maximize sales opportunities and upsell to customers.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and available offerings.
    • Identify and address customer issues promptly.
    • Provide regular reports as needed.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Prior experience in a similar role or industry.
    • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
    • Experience with multinational companies is a plus.
    • Capability to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
    • Willingness to embrace new ideas and initiatives.
    • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Previous ERP system experience (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
