    Corporate Finance Executive

    Location: Limerick, Ireland

    Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for corporate finance and a desire to make a significant impact in the SME market?

    Join our client, a leading Corporate Finance and Advisory firm based in Limerick, Ireland. They specialise in delivering capital solutions and providing expert transaction and advisory services to Ireland's thriving SME sector. This is a unique opportunity to work with a company that excels in Debt & Equity Capital, Transaction Services, Real Estate Structured Finance, Business Advisory & Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Growth Capital.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of Business Plans: Collaborate with the expert team to prepare comprehensive business plans, financing proposals, and restructuring proposals.
    • Stakeholder Management: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, borrowers, business owners, and investors.
    • Financial Modelling: Create information memoranda and financial models to support fundraising assignments.
    • Due Diligence: Liaise with potential investors and promoters during the due diligence phase of buy and sell-side transactions.
    • Debt Restructuring: Take charge of the debt restructure and refinance process from inception to completion.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Analytical Acumen: Ability to effectively review, understand, and analyse business plans, restructuring proposals, and financial models/projections.
    • Corporate Finance Exposure: Previous exposure to restructuring, transaction support, due diligence, corporate finance, or corporate recovery assignments is advantageous.
    • Relationship Management: Experience in dealing with and managing relationships with banks, borrowers, business owners, and other stakeholders in the provision of advisory services is a plus.
    • Commercial Focus: A commercially-focused individual with the ambition to gain valuable experience in the corporate finance sector.

    Skills:

    • Self-Starter: Desire to work within a firm where the necessity to be a motivated self-starter is paramount.
    • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    • Communication: Self-confident individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Financial Acumen: Strong business writing skills and computer-literacy skills, including financial modelling and spreadsheet skills.
