    Description

    Permanent employee,Full-time· Remote USA Main Purpose

    The Corporate Distribution Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key distribution partners at the corporate and branch levels within North America.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage distribution partner accounts within North America as well as take ownership of the partner experience.
    • Support Taoglas field sales and Rep firms drive distribution opportunities from start to close across all BU's.
    • Conduct quarterly business review with distribution partners.
    • Monitor POA, POS, POP monthly
    • Provide quarterly marketshare to distribution partners and understand our marketshare within each
    • Perform an inventory analysis by annually for each distributor partner
    • Monitor bi-annual stock rotations
    • Help drive NPI campaigns and stocking packages.
    • Coordinate with marketing to ensure Taoglas supplier web pages are current.
    • Generate additional demand through partner events.
    • Study the market for newer trends and reporting to management.
    • Monitor design registration goals, pricing, and margin on distributor quotes.
    • Actively listen and probe distributors to identify concerns and work with appropriate internal teams to resolve.
    • Develop relationships with the key stake holders (C-Suite, Supply chain, Engineering, Quality, etc.)
    • Collaborate with Sales team to create, maintain and update a master list of active prospect accounts.
    • Maintain consistent engagement with current partners through all communication channels, as well as at relevant tradeshows, partner and networking events.
    • Identify and organize co-marketing opportunities with distributors.
    • Help field sales coordinate branch trainings and material relevant to the territory market.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for achieving and exceeding design registration goals.
    • Represent Taoglas as a leader in the industry through personal appearances at conferences, Tradeshows, etc.

    Knowledge and Experience


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or channel partner role

    • Background in Business Development

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • 8+ years of experience in business development or channel partner role

    • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or account management

    Salary Range

    $0 to $80,000 + Bonus/Commission + Benefits
