    Sanderson are partnering with a legal firm in Dublin 2 to recruit for a Finance Operations Manager on a permanent basis


    Your responsibilities will include:
    Financial Management, Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Accounts management bringing the accounts to a close monthly and ensuring all reconciliations are fully complete Generating reports and distributing to the partners and overseeing action needed to be taken Monthly reconciliations of all nominal codes on the trial balance Year End Accounts and assisting with the year-end financial close including some liaising with external auditors Maintaining Human Resources files and overseeing general office operations Ordering of office supplies and purchase agreements with external suppliers Appropriate allocation of work to legal secretaries Supervision and recruitment of secretarial and administrative staff Liaison with external providers to ensure that IT infrastructure is appropriate for the needs of the practice Creating website and ensuring that website content is relevant and up to date Efficient flow of information within the practice Qualifications and Requirements: At least 2 Years proven experience working in a similar role Accounting Technician Qualification or equivalent Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Excellent communication skills For more details please contact Elaine Liston in Sanderson on or apply online for more information Skills: Finance Manager Accounts Manager Office Manager Accountant Finance Operations Manager
