    Material Handling & Logistics Coordinator


    JOB SUMMARY:

    One of our key construction clients is looking for aMaterial Handling & Logistics Coordinator at their site in Dublin West to be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials within the site.

    Your role would be crucial in ensuring that materials are efficiently and effectively handled throughout the supply chain, from procurement to production and distribution.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Having the HSE Plan of the Project read & understood and ensuring full compliance with the HSE requirements of the Project Implement the Material Handling management system at site Coordinate with Logistics Activities with all the disciplines Coordinate with the Subcontractors for material receipts from the warehouse Distribute relevant documentation to site subcontractors.


    Participate in the material delivery inspections during unloading Prepare and distribute Over/Shortage/Damage Reports Prepare warehouse and asset registers as per the clients procedures Identify and submit HSE SORs REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of Logistics/warehouse management experience.

    Detailed knowledge of best practice solutions for data management. Digital Reporting using Oracle, Procore, Power BI, PMWeb and others. Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret the project documents. Possession of great work ethic, high degree of integrity, and willingness to put in the hours whenever needed. High organization skills and ability to prioritize Ability to manage own time. Ability to work & perform under pressure.
