- Drive growth by developing the existing Customer Success portfolio.
- Showcase the latest Salesforce updates to Comnexa's existing customers.
- Host quarterly business reviews with key accounts and create strategic account plans to develop a long-term strategy for the client, aligned with their objectives and needs.
- Develop a close relationship with your customers and organise regular follow-up meetings.
- Ensure client satisfaction within Customer Success and advise to improve satisfaction.
- Connect regularly with internal stakeholders to identify future opportunities within existing customers.
- Work closely together with the Customer Success Manager and Sales team at Comnexa to draw up technical and commercial proposals.
- Identify the best strategy for a continuous collaboration with Salesforce, including working closely with Salesforce Account Executives.
- Act as the relationship point and a trusted advisor between the customer and Comnexa for Customer Success team.
- Set up proposals autonomously and manage data in Salesforce.
