    Description

    Applications are invited for a temporary plus panel post of a Research Accounts Assistant within the UCD Research Finance Office.

    The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support by carrying out various tasks and functions, including those of a financial nature, within the Research Finance Office.


    Duties will include:

    preparation of journal adjustments; periodic reconciliation of bank account; checking residual budgets on project accounts when processing pay costs; maintenance of files.

    Liaising with academic and support staff and representatives from external agencies in person and in writing will form a significant part of the role.


    95 Executive Assistant_ Salary Scale:
    €29,915 - €45,990 per annum Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 14th May 2024.
