    Description

    • Develop reporting and use analytical skills and tools to drive insight that looks forward while also drawing on the relevance of the past, providing prescriptive advice to drive business outcome
    • Provide "deep-dive" analysis on P&Ls by line of business, and provide insightful commentary and recommendations to enable management to drive margin improvements
    • Work with divisional finance teams and group finance team to close out reporting each month and quarter
    • Prepare performance report for each month and distribute to ELT for discussion with owners
    • Prepare volume report for each month and distribute to ELT for discussion with owners
    • Provide commercial assessment of third-party agreements
    • Develop insights on working capital requirements and cash forecasting
    • Manage business case development for investments and Capex
    • Challenge the Business Leads to drive performance through cost reduction, revenue enhancement, process improvement
    • Co-ordinate and drive the annual Business Planning and Forecasting processes to support the strategic growth of business units
    • Support the drive for the overall implementation of 'One Finance' global accounting policies, procedures & processes incl. enabling technologies

    • An experienced, commercially-minded financial professional with strong strategic leadership capability, well organised and self-directed
    • The ability to apply techniques such as critical thinking to problem solving and developing narratives to support business decision making
    • An energetic, forward thinking person with high ethical standards
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors and analyse complex business problems to develop appropriate solutions in a timely and responsive manner
    • Strong business acumen and customer focus
    • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong technical skills, analytical capability, judgement and operational focus
    • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
    • Qualified Accountant CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 5 years PQE
