    Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Erfolgreiche Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsprozesse als Experte im ERP-Umfeld
    • Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anforderungen richtig verstanden und umgesetzt werden
    • Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich
    • Umsetzung von Fachbereichsanforderungen durch Konfiguration der Systemumgebungen
    • Erstellung von Business Cases zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung und Entwicklungsvorgabe
    • Erstellung von Programm- und Systemdokumentationen
    • Bearbeitung von Supporttickets im First- und Second-Level
    • Kommunikation und Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern

    Das bringen Sie mit:

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Prozessen
    • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O oder Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central wünschenswert
    • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen zu interagieren
    • Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
