    Description

    Contract Business Analyst required for a Dublin based Banking organisation.

    Initial 6 Month contract with extension for anonther 6.

    A minimum of 4 years working on a number of projects in a Business Analyst role that have been delivered using the Agile Methodology.

    Experience of business analysis techniques particularly in the following areas:

  • Backlog refinement and backlog management
  • Possessing well defined stakeholder management skills, including managing challenging stakeholders
  • Having the following skills/competencies: excellent interpersonal skills;be comfortable working within a team environment;be decisive, organised self-starters;plan their work based on moving priorities, estimate their activities and deliver on commitments;ability to work on multiple parallel changes;Comfortable working with data models and data mapping;Excellent stakeholder management;Ability to identify the implications of the solution to be delivered;take into account other projects and initiatives - see the bigger picture;a good understanding of formal project management and Agile processes and ceremoniesComfortable to challenge constructivelyDetail orientatedAble to Identify continuous improvement opportunities

    • This is a day rate contract.
    Hybrid, with at least 50% on-site.
