    German-speaking Customer service agent Location:

    Dublin Salary:
    €34206 salary + bonus + relocation package (up to €800)

    Hybrid model:
    Once the training has been successfully completed: min 1 week onsite per month, subject to change in the future)

    Main tasks:
    Respond to customers emails Assisting customers over the phone in a timely and professional manner.

    Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable systems Transfers calls to appropriate departments when required Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Follow up customer calls where necessary Complete call logs and reports Administrative tasks Other duties as assigned Requirements:
    Fluent in German and English Previous customer service experience is a big plus however, candidates with no customer service background will also be considered as full training is provided Good IT skills Skills: Contact customers Multilingual German fluent
