    Expense Administrator - Dublin, Ireland - Lex Consultancy

    Description

    An International Construction Company is seeking an Expense Administrator to assist their busy Finance team in Citywest, Dublin 24.

    The ideal candidate will have some Expense / Payments experience on their CV. You might be coming from a Banking / Insurance / Professional Services Firm where you are used to processing high volume data

    You will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and processing expense reports.
  • Identifying and resolving delinquent expenses, collaborating with employees to ensure prompt resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Preparing journal entries for posting into our finance system, ensuring accurate and timely financial data recording.
  • Assisting the Accounts Payable department with any additional tasks, as required.
  • Addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • The ideal candidate will:

  • 2+ years experience in a busy Finance Department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong IT skills, experience working with banking platforms
