    Membership Engagement Manager

    Financial Services Membership Organisation

    Hybrid Dublin Office

    Temporary 12 Months (could be extended)

    Start Date ASAP

    Full Time or Part Time

    Want to join a dynamic financial services membership organisation in Dublin as their Membership Engagement Manager? This temporary role involves developing strategies to foster the growth of their membership base in Ireland and requires a deep understanding of the financial services sector.

    Main Responsibilities of the Membership Engagement Manager Ireland:

    • Deliver sustainable membership growth plans in Ireland.
    • Meet the needs of the membership by organizing local events and social gatherings.
    • Seek out new business opportunities.
    • Manage the Ireland National Advisory Council.
    • Build strong relationships with existing members.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and liaise with the London head office.
    • Provide formal reports to the Assistant Director on the Irish market.
    • Act as the representative of the organization in Ireland.

    Essential Skills:

    • 5 or more years in Financial Services.
    • Experience in business development and account management.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Irish financial sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting targets independently.
