    Each month, the Growth org helps millions of people around the world find their first inspiring use case on Pinterest. As a Product Manager on the Growth Platform team, you'll help lead the team that powers the internal platform that allows teams across the company to build unified, localized experiences across the product to drive sustainable user growth and improve product comprehension. You'll tackle challenging, complex problems at scale and bring the joys of Pinterest to more and more people around the world.

    What you'll do:

    • Accelerate global growth by building tools, infrastructure, and platforms to improve end user experience.
    • Work cross-functionally across the company to understand what needs are shared across teams and how Growth Platform can help build centralized systems and tooling to enable Pinterest to grow.
    • Play a pivotal role in working with globalization and international research teams to understand customer journeys in these markets and drive prioritization of projects that can move the needle for user visitation, conversion, and engagement across the globe.
    • Define and execute against impactful platform opportunities such as machine translation, Gen AI advancement in translations and building foundations for supporting diverse languages and content across markets.

    What we're looking for:

    • 3+ years of relevant product management experience in leading teams, working cross-functionally, and navigating organizations in a highly collaborative environment.
    • Strong customer centricity and ability to go hands-on in understanding customer needs for specific markets.
    • Experience and/or interest in internationalization and localization, or other unique challenges of building a global product.
    • Passion for building tools & systems that enable global teams to reach users across the product.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
