    For fluent French or Italian speakers only Based in Dublin, TLSE is the Irish subsidiary of a European industrial group (Talbot Industrie) operating in the marine, entertainment and lifting industries with a premium niche products portfolio ( Leader in our markets in Europe, the distribution of our products is based on a strong partnership with a dense distribution network, and a complete and innovative range of products and services.

    Settled in 4 countries, we have offices in France, Italy, Luxembourg and Ireland.

    With 150 employees spread among 5 several offices, we work daily with multitasking teams in a fast paced and innovative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Be the first point of contact for our existing and new B2B and B2C customers (no prospecting) Support existing and potential customers over the phone and e-mail and help them grow.

    Deal with customer price requests either directly or in coordination with local field teams. In collaboration with senior colleagues, discuss pricing, contracts and service level agreements. Process factory orders on our ERP system.
