- Collaborate with the CEO to comprehend support needs aligned with business priorities, ensuring optimal utilisation of the CEO's schedule for success.
- Manage the CEO's diary with confidentiality, while liaising proficiently with internal network contacts in German.
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure accurate meeting and task preparations, often under tight deadlines, including support in meeting preparations, research, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact internally and externally, adeptly handling queries on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and deliver well-presented documents, reports, and presentations, supporting key strategic initiatives and completing directed ad hoc projects/tasks.
- Provide high-level business support to the Board of Directors as part of the Board Support Team, while efficiently performing general administrative duties and maintaining strong working relationships across the organisation.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at C-Suite level and adept at managing dynamic schedules is essential.
- Fluency in both English and German is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exemplary coordination skills with a proven record of coordinating multiple competing tasks and dealing with changing requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Full clean driver's license is essential.
