This post is full-time, fixed-term. Applicants must be available to start August 2024. The assistant professor salary scale is €36,469 - €95,441. Appointments will be made in line with public pay, new entrant salary will be no higher than point 8 on scale (€55,384). SLLCS is made up of 7 departments (French, Germanic Studies, Hispanic Studies, Italian, Irish and Celtic Languages, Near and Middle Eastern Studies, Russian and Slavonic Studies) and 8 Centres. The School enjoys a very high international reputation in its teaching and research and attracts highly qualified and motivated students from Ireland and internationally.
