    Description

    The Employer is a medium-tier (100+ employee) well-established engineering company. This Head-of-Finance position will directly report to the CEO and carry the responsibility for financial oversight across the group, playing a significant role in the commercial growth of the business.




    Responsibilities include:
    • Reporting & KPIs
    • Variance Analysis & Business Correction
    • Programme Identification and delivery of Cost Management
    • Business Process Improvements
    • Working Capital Management
    • Project Costing & Reporting
    • Revenue & Margin Analysis
    • Business & Financial Planning
    • Senior Management Team support & guidance
    • Allocation of all group / indirect costs to individual contracts / projects
    • Capex Planning & Monitoring
    • Creation, Implementation, and adherence to Group Policies & Procedures
    • To take a proactive position in recognizing potential business issues, determine solutions, and influence senior managers to ensure corrective programs are undertaken
    • Have a clear insight into long-term development and financing of the business
    Experience/Profile: A qualified accountant with senior management experience in financial and commercial development. Strong evidence of commercial acumen and relevant experiences. Proficient in communication, problem-solving, planning, and budgeting. Forward-thinking with strong negotiation skills.
